On October 4, 2012, SINA’s Board of Directors announced that Melvyn Colón has been named as its new Executive Director. Before coming to SINA Melvyn served as Director of the Community Building and Organizing Initiative at NeighborWorks America; as the Loan Fund Director of YouthBuild USA; and as the Executive Director of Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation in Roxbury, MA. Ivette Quiros, Office Manager

As Office Manager Ivette works closely with the Executive Director to ensure the smooth running of the organizations day-to-day operations. She is responsible for general administrative functions and manages the affairs of the executive office.  Read full bio

Keith Hedman, Fiscal Manager

As SINA’s Fiscal Manager, Keith oversees all financial functions for SINA and its many business entities, including but not limited to bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, budgeting, analysis, preparing tax returns for SINA entities and presiding over its financial audits.  Read full bio

Dean Iaiennaro, Director of Real Estate Development

As SINA’s Director of Real Estate Development, Dean manages the real estate activities of the organization. His duties include acquisition of key properties for SINA and its affiliates. Read full bio

Linda Valentin, Internet & Graphic Arts Assistant

SINA’s Internet & Graphic Arts Assistant, Linda is also the face and voice that greets our community partners and others when they call or stop by the SINA office. Linda began as a Summer Youth Program placement by the Connecticut Puerto Rican Forum. Read full bio
