To help you reduce the amount of energy used in you home, Hartford is using their Bright Ieda Grant to offer Hartford residents up to five LED light bulbs free of charge.
Exchange up to five incandescent or CFL light bulbs, in any working order, for an equal number of long-lasting , energy-saving LED (60-watt equivalent)light bulbs, at no cot. Bring your incandescent light bulbs with proof of Hartford residence, such as driver’s license or utility bill, to the light bulb swap.
