Hartford Public Schools is hosting their 7th Annual Community Health & Wellness Fair on October 7th. Here is your chance to get that checkup you’ve been meaning to get to.

Cost: Free & Open to the Public!

- Flu Shots
- Cholesterol testing
- Diabetes screenings
- Blood pressure testing
- Eye exams (infants to Adults)
- Immunizations
- Physical exams
- Dental screenings for ages 0-12
