SINA is actively involved with statewide organizations aimed at increasing the stock of affordable housing in Connecticut. The organization is involved in a number of initiatives  aimed at preserving the quality of life and the strong, competitive economy that has distinguished Connecticut, but which is now threatened by a dramatic lack of housing affordable to working families and individuals. SINA has witnessed first hand the enormous need for safe and affordable housing and considers its activities with statewide advocacy groups as critical to ensuring that the gains the organization has made in Hartford are safe guard for the foreseeable future.
