More Houses on the Horizon (Spring 2004)

SINA is pleased to announce the initiation of the next phase of its Cityscape Homes project. Funded by the Housing Trust Fund through DECD, the $ 2.6 million Phase 4 will build 18 new homes on Colonial and School Streets. These 10 single family and 8 two-family houses will be sold to first time homebuyers making up to 120 percent of area median income.
