An Extra Spin on Safety (Summer 2009)
New SINA-donated STUMPJUMPER police bicycles are giving Southside public safety some extra spin this summer. On May 25, as part of its ongoing effort to improve safety in the Southside community, SINA presented the Hartford Police Department with two state-of-the-art bicycles. Unlike other bicycles kept in police headquarters, the new vehicles are housed in the Southwest Substation at 134 Affleck Street, and dedicated exclusively to patrolling Hartford’s Southside neighborhoods.read more
